Currently, I am the CEO of Lucky Dog Nation in Greensboro, NC.  We are the official championship event merchandisers for USA Volleyball.  We are 100% women-owned and operated.  We will launch a new brand, Social Fabric Apparel Fall 2020.  As the CEO, I oversee the vision for the company and manage our contracts.  I lead a group of quirky innovative thinkers who make me look good in the process.  We are passionate about our work and we play as hard as we labor.

Servant Leadership

I retain a serve-first mindset, with a focus on empowering those who follow me. My model of shared power involves serving those I lead by supporting them to ensure they have all the necessary tools to perform their functions effectively and efficiently.  I hire people so they can tell me what to do.
